I love One Hour Heating and Air - Richmond! My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days when temperatures were over 100 degrees. I called One Hour after 6 p.m. and my appointment was scheduled between 10 - 12 the next morning. I received an email reminder of the appointment which included a coupon for $25.00 off. The technician was at my house shortly after 10 a.m. He promptly diagnosed the problem to be a bad capacitor and was able to fix it in 15 minutes. He was pleasant and professional and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Like I said...I love this company! more

We received a new AC unit and furnace. 7/1/2010

I was concerned at first, because I had an appointment on a Thursday for an estimate and no one showed up. After talking with One Hour, they apologized and tried very hard to make up for the situation. When One Hour came to install the unit, they were very professional, friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained what happened with the installation. more
