I was concerned at first, because I had an appointment on a Thursday for an estimate and no one showed up. After talking with One Hour, they apologized and tried very hard to make up for the situation. When One Hour came to install the unit, they were very professional, friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained what happened with the installation.
