I brought my 7 yr old daughter in for a consultation and from the second we walked in the door I/we were impressed with the office and the staff. Everyone was very friendly and we met with Lisa and Dr. Casagrande and the consultation was very informative and they made us feel very comfortable with the visit and with the plan to improve my daughter's teeth. As soon as we left, my daughter kept saying how nice everyone was. We will definitely recommend this office to any of our friends. more

I haven't visited any type of dental/doctor/orthodontist office that made me feel the way I did at Dr. Casagrande's office. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive and the office had a warmth because of the combination of amazing personalities that made you comfortable. I receommend this to anyone considering any type of orthodontic treatment! more

Our first consult with Dr. Casagrande and his staff was a great experience! They really communicated well with our daughter and made her feel at ease about the office and proposed treatment. She had a smile on her face the whole time and it really helped to alleviate any of her initial nerves. She is looking forward to her next visit! more

Everyone at this office is exceptional. They really take the time with each person and care about making your appearance something better that you are happy with. The staff is always courteous and a lot of fun for the kids. Dr. Casagrande is wonderful. I can not say enough good things about our experience. more

From the moment we stepped into the office, we felt welcomed, and were treated with professionalism, care, and downright friendliness. Since it was their first visit, my kids weren't sure what to expect. We had arrived early, and the office staff immediately took care of us in a quick, efficient and reassuring way. I found the initial consult to be thorough, and Dr. Casagrande took time to answer all of our questions. He has a knack for talking to kids, and my son took to him immediately. I felt so comfortable that we ended up starting my son's treatment that day - and we all walked out feeling very good about our visit. I had done some research on Dr. Casagrande, and was impressed with his background. I feel confident that we are being treated by the best orthodontist around. Highly recommend. more

First visit to Northern Virginia Orthodontics; Zachary A. Casagrande, DDS, MS is the ortho dentist that was recommended by my original dentist that gave me a referral one of which is great in the Ashburn area. They have a nicely styled office from the door to the back of the office is all contemporary and they utilize top of the line up to date technology for x-rays, cleaning utensils, and even automated demonstration presented during the time treatment consultation to help explain while demonstrating pro's and con's of whatever issues you may be having with your teeth. Pricing is very compatible with rates other specialist are charging. I highly recommend this dentist, and maybe you too! more

A mouth full of awesomeness! - my 8 year old son 3/8/2011

My son went in for treatment yesterday very nervous. He was so scared that it was going to hurt and that he was going to be miserable for a long time. He had me hold his hand at first and he didn’t want me to leave his side. The staff, as always, explained everything to him and answered all of his questions. They treated him like he was the most important person in the room. (He loves that he had his pictures taken like a model and he put his signature up on the wall.) In the end, he was asking if he could “wear these tomorrow so I can show everyone?!” And all I heard about last night and this morning was how awesome his new braces are. He can’t wait to show everyone. He even wore his ‘Got Smiles’ shirt to school today so he could tell them where he got his new look in case anyone asked. I don’t recall being this excited about getting braces. My kid is on a mission to tell everyone about his experience and how much he loves Northern Virginia Orthodontics! This morning he asked when he can go back so he can change his rubber band colors. more

Once again my two kids came out of their appts all smiles and talking about how much they loved Dr. Casagrande, his office and all the "nice people" that help them when they are there. I recommend Dr. C to all my friends - can't say enough about the fabulous front desk support, great dr./patient/parent communication and friendly surroundings. I had a few consults with different orthodontists but after my first phone conversation with NVO, I knew this was where I wanted to seek treatment, even though their office is an hour away. Why? Their staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and I guarantee that if you have your very first orthodontic consult with them and seek second or third opinions elsewhere, you will find no better and more affordable treatment plans or welcoming staff than NVO. There's no hidden costs or additional fees...the price they give you includes EVERYTHING, which is refreshing in a time where estimates include only the very basic and minimum of services and necessities are considered "options". I will DEFINITELY recommend NVO to anyone in any age group who seeks orthodontic treatment...they simply are the best! :) more
