Our experience with Dr. Casagrande and his staff at the Brambleton office has been excellent throughout our daughter's orthodontic treatment. She actually looks forward to going to the orthodontist each month (I guess that about says it)! He and his staff have been extremely professional and very caring throughout the entire process. We highly recommend him! more

We came from out of state with braces on. Dr. Casagrande took us in and finished my son and did an excellent job. I would recommend NVO to anyone and everyone who needs braces. The doctor and staff are amazing!!! more

Dr. C and his amazing staff has treated 4 members of my family. He and the staff is alway, alway, always fun, friendly and calm. The children look forward to seeing the staff because each patient is treated like family. They are made to feel important. The office staff is beyond friendly and talented. Our experience here in NVO is one to remember. Dr Z and his staff made us felt at home. We always knew we were welcome and my girls were always excited to come whenever Micaela had an appt, not to mention the games, treats and special treatment my little one, Trisha gets. Dr Z made quite an impression on my daughter for she told us more than once that because of her experience here in NVO, she would like to become an orthodontist like him. When I first decided to get braces, the first thing people warned me about were the dreaded monthly adjustment visits. Everyone told me how terrible it would be—the having to go in every month, the pain, the discomfort, etc. However, to my great fortune, I can honestly say that regardless of the possible pain and discomfort produced by some of the adjustments, I actually look forward to my appointments at NVO. Because more than seeing my orthodontists and his assistants, every month I go to see my friends. Every month that I walk into the office, I’m greeted by wonderful smiles, lovely compliments, and funny stories; it is just a wonderful place to be in. On top of that, they are professional, knowledgeable and have done wonders with my treatment, explaining it all every step of the way and helping me get my desired results. I have loved every bit of my treatment and as it comes to an end, I hope that I can continue to stay in touch with my friends at NVO. more

Our son, Jack, went to see Dr. Casagrande a couple of days ago. We were blown away by the energy and enthusiasm of the staff. Dr. Casagrande greeted every patient my name and knew something special about the patient whether it be where they had gone on vacation, or how was baseball going this year? If you're like me, you work full time, you parent all the time, and you sleep part time. You worry that your smile doesn't look it's best, and that keeps your personality at bay. You have a mortgage, a car payment, and daycare expenses, and you don't really know if you should pay to improve your cosmetic appearance. Well....let me tell you, NVO has the right answers. My appts are never more than 30 minutes, they are ALWAYS on time, the rates are way better than I expected (can you say payment plan) and the best part is, I am right on track with my estimated timeline. I can see the results already and I am thrilled. I feel more confident, the husband doesn't complain about the cost, and I always make it there and back during my lunch hour. This is definitely a top investment you can make in yourself. I without a doubt recommend this place with 5 stars, two thumbs up, and two glasses to cheer! more

My son's experience has been fantastic! From the very beginning, the entire staff has been so friendly. The 'Big House Bucks' reward system is a great incentive for patients to take care of their teeth. The environment is fun (check out those video games) and the orthodontic approach is state of the art (ask about the floating wire & bracket approach). My children and I would highly recommend Dr. Casagrande! more
