From the moment we stepped into the office, we felt welcomed, and were treated with professionalism, care, and downright friendliness. Since it was their first visit, my kids weren't sure what to expect. We had arrived early, and the office staff immediately took care of us in a quick, efficient and reassuring way. I found the initial consult to be thorough, and Dr. Casagrande took time to answer all of our questions. He has a knack for talking to kids, and my son took to him immediately. I felt so comfortable that we ended up starting my son's treatment that day - and we all walked out feeling very good about our visit. I had done some research on Dr. Casagrande, and was impressed with his background. I feel confident that we are being treated by the best orthodontist around. Highly recommend.
