When I decided to get braces, I started asking around for a good orthodontist. Dr. Casagrande was recommended to me by my dentist in Reston and also by another orthodontist in Richmond. I could not be happier with my decision. I had received a consultation from someone else in Reston and was told the treatment would take 2 1/2 years, cost $10,000, and require that some of my teeth be extracted. Dr. Casagrande performed the treatment in 1 1/2 years, at almost half the cost, WITHOUT removing any teeth. It has been worth every penny. more

At first i was a little scared and extremely anxious to get braces, i just wanted to get them over with; But the first time i walked in immediately i felt right at home. There were plenty of things to keep me occupied while waiting and i fell in awe over the thumb scanner (i had no idea people actually used them)! I literally wanted to stay longer. The atmosphere is great, the people are friendly and gentle, and the tools they used on my teeth didn't hurt in the slightest! Now I'm excited everytime i hear i have an Ortho appointment and am more then willing to keep my teeth healthy and clean.:) more

Our son has the biggest smile since he got his braces on a year ago July. He loves going to Dr Casagrande & his twin brother is jealous that he does not need braces and can't enjoy their services. The staff is amazing they remember us & are always polite. We love that you remember the little things that makes our son special & you speak to him not at him. We have only nice hings to say about Dr Casagrande & staff and we recomend him to who ever needs Orthodontic care. more

Last year I was interested in getting braces. At the time I went to a practice in Centerville for a consultation, however I found the individual unorganized and could not answer my questions about financing. I was referred to Northern VA Ortho by my regular dentist, and not only where they friendly and professional but answered all my questions. I left with a clear understanding of what was the next process and the financing of what insurance was going to cover and what I would pay out of pocket. If you are in the market to enhance your smile, you should check this place out. more
