Hi everyone. I recently became a patient to Northern Virginia Orthrodontics. I must say that my 1st experience was very well rewarding. From the moment I walked in the door I felt very welcomed and appreciated. Each and every single person there made me feel completely appreciated and I love Dr. Casagrande also. Each and every staff member always had a smile on their face. As a patient this makes you feel as though your services are appreciated. I would 100% recommend propsective patients to this practice. I have seen Dr. Casagrande via my oldest child for years, with fantastic results. Now my youngest is preparing for braces with Dr. Casagrandes help. This practice understands that kids are evolving and maturing everyday, and treat them with care and respect. Dr. Casagrande and Lisa, (the whole staff - really!) are very personable and knowledgeable. They are happy to explain an issue to your child in terms they understand, and offer solutions that are informed and considered for your child. Over the years, we've had small dental "issues" pop up, and this practice has always made time to see my child in a timely fashion, diagnose the problem (sometimes the problem was an inexperienced Mom!) and provide a solution. Although these situations are rare, Dr. Casagrande and his staff always make these situations as easy as possible and have never chided me for my ignorance! Our family feels very lucky to have found such a great practice, and my kids always look forward to their next visit! Thank you! more

My smile could not be any better! I have been a patient for the past 18 months and I could not have wished for a better orthodontics! They listened to what I wanted and gave me a time frame which was very accurate. I have recently had my braces off and am overjoyed with the results. From day 1 to present all the stafff have welcomed me with a friendly hello and smile and they have got to know me and always ask on all my visits how my interests are going. I am so thankful I chose Dr. Casagrande's office for my Invisalign treatment. All administrative aspects are completely streamlined. I am always taken at my appointment time. The staff is very accomodating and friendly. I am almost done with my treatment and love the results. I am amazed with how great my teeth look! It was well worth it to invest in your smile. Dr. Casagrande and his staff are so wonderful. The whole staff takes every measure to insure that both my daughter and my needs are taken care of. The treatment plan is by far the best that I have seen. Dr. C is implementing new technology to elimate the need for archaic procedures other orthodonists use. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. C and his highly trained staff. It is like watching a well planned orchestra when we come for our visits. Keep up the wonderful work! more
