Some rate their visits on how their doctor is, while Dr. Cassagrande is amazing, his staff is equally amazing. As any parent knows you deal with staff appointments, financials, questions and for any type of help you may need. I base my rating on the staff that makes both my daughter being treated as well as her 3 siblings like we are part of a family. The pride the staff takes in their work shows through everything from the first greeting to the last goodbye as you walk out the door. The office always has something going on to get the kids excited contests, pictures all kinds of adventures. Not only do I not have to convince my kids to go to the dentist but they actually get those great smiles to go---NVO SMILES!!! more

A mother's point of view on behalf of her children: How can you beat this deal where your orthodontist lives in your community where his children attend the same school and his office is in walking distance. He picked the right colors for his office and he didn't do too bad with picking his team either. You walk in greeted with a smile and before you sit down you're called in...if there happens to be a bit of a wait you're offered a beverage and if you have children there is an arcade play room as well as computers to keep them occupied. Once called in, take a look at the smiles that greet you, WOW! Every step of the procedure/treatment is explained as many times as you ask the same questions. Your child is made comfortable and gets to pick out flavors and colors for their molds, rinses, toothpaste and braces. Forget it Moms and Dads it's hard enough that our children have to wear the braces and temporarily give up some of their favorite foods and treats, we have to let them pick out their own crazy colors. So now the treatment is over and you look up at the beautiful faces that you brought into the world and they're perfect, it's almost like giving birth and seeing that perfect little face for the first time, it was all worth it. Dr. Casagrande and his professional team are absolutely phenomenal. I am very pleased with the service and the comfort of knowing that these people genuinely care. My children are very pleased and I have the added bonus of not needing to remind them to brush their teeth anymore. Dr. Casagrande, Thank you for the ever so bright smiles you gave my children. Special thanks to Jill for her patience, her caring nature, and her dedication to making sure she does a perfect job with as little discomfort as possible. Dr. Casagrade is very knowledgeable and up-to-date with latest treatments in orthodontics. He is very friendly and interacts with his patients. Provides feedback to parents on how your childs teeth are doing and what will take place at the next visit. The staff is very good with kids and treatments/adjustments. more

How many times in your life can you say that about a doctors/dental visit? I was immediately greeted and treated like a member of the family. I loved every minute of my visit, and even the waiting area was more like a luxury hotel lobby - with a coffee bar, games, computers and current magazines. I love, love, loved my visit, and will be telling EVERYONE about Dr. Casagrande and his amazingly kind staff! I really was in no rush to leave, it was such a nice experience and office. more

After I started wearing Invisalign braces I stopped eating junk food. So I feel myself good.( may be I can lose 10-20 pounds at the end of my treatment) It is easy to take care, no pain and also so soooooooooo comfortable to wear all time. more

I had my doubts about getting braces at the age of 50, even though I would be wearing the Invislign product. From the moment I stepped into the office and through each of my visits I continue feel completely confident that I am receiving the best care and have complete trust in Dr. Casagrande and his fabulous staff. With each visit I am told how I am progressing and what I can expect in the near future/visit. I really appreciate the feedback and encouragement.
