Going into the experience of talking to a body shop I was very apprehensive and felt incapable of discerning who to let work on my car. I was impressed with the professionalism of Cindy and Mike. Mike explained to me step by step what would be done to my car and about the guarantees. He handled himself very professionally yes was at the same time personal and reassuring. I liked who I was dealing with at North Columbus Collision Center; he had patience. I have been over there twice. The first time I bumped my car into my mailbox, and one of my friends took me to North Columbus Collision Center. I talked with someone over there, and he was very helpful. He fixed the damage. After that I was involved in another accident, and because of my good experience I went back to them. This time it was the front bumper and the side door. They fixed it very well. It looks very good. We have probably had to use North Columbus Collision Center 3 times to repair vehicles after accidents. They have been very courteous and prompt, which is the main thing. They are able to fix our vehicles quickly and do a good job. We didn't have to take any of the vehicles back after they fixed them; they are fixed right the first time. Not only did they work with the insurance, but they also worked very well helping us get a rental car. They drove us to the rental car place and made it as easy as possible for us to get one. All 3 times their service made for a very good experience with them. They are also very accessible; you don't have to drive way back into a little neighborhood with lots of turns. They are easy to get too. Their facilities are really nice as well. It looks contemporary, and is very clean. more

I had no problems with North Columbus Collision Center. I went up there, and I was having trouble with the insurance. They actually called the man from the insurance who looks at the cars in order for him to get on the ball and have the car checked out. They called me as soon as my bumper came in. They took me in and got me to the rental place. The car looks fine; I can't tell anything even happened to it. They are a friendly, family service. more

They've done everything for me and my family, for years, everything from some dents and some dings to buying used cars and having them fix up and refurbish it. They've done an awful lot of work on my pride and joy, which is my 2003 Thunderbird. They've also taken care of my wife's car and my kid's cars, so it's a family affair. The service and the care that they show on what they do keeps us coming back to them. It's perfection. You come in, they tell you what they can do and how they do it, and then they do it. And usually they exceed your expectations. You will not be anything but pleased with what they do. more

After a small collision, where the other person drove off and left me with a lovely dent, a friend recommended a local shop. After getting an estimate there I went home and did what most people do, an internet search. That search pointed us to North Columbus Collision Center, and I was impressed with their website. When we went into North Columbus Collision Center we had a very good experience getting an estimate. The guys were more professional, more thorough, and very detail oriented. The price was also better. They gave use a printout with information, and told me that if I brought the car in on Monday it would be ready Thursday. My car was actually ready on Wednesday. It was delivered on time, full delivery, at actually a slightly lower cost than estimated. We were even able to check the nightly progress on the website. The website was great, it was what lead me to them, and has a great build. North Columbus Collision center made sure to meet their promises. It is important when trying to schedule your life around a car repair that it doesn't take extra days. They said Thursday and were able to deliver it even earlier. more
