We have probably had to use North Columbus Collision Center 3 times to repair vehicles after accidents. They have been very courteous and prompt, which is the main thing. They are able to fix our vehicles quickly and do a good job. We didn't have to take any of the vehicles back after they fixed them; they are fixed right the first time.
Not only did they work with the insurance, but they also worked very well helping us get a rental car. They drove us to the rental car place and made it as easy as possible for us to get one. All 3 times their service made for a very good experience with them. They are also very accessible; you don't have to drive way back into a little neighborhood with lots of turns. They are easy to get too. Their facilities are really nice as well. It looks contemporary, and is very clean.
