Great job at a fair price. 4/20/2011

North Columbus Collision Center had done several things for me. They have repaired damage when my wife has hit a few things not covered by the insurance, and they have done a great job. They delivered the vehicle on time, and they did the work on time. Their price is fair. They delivered on all the expectations that were set. The quality of their work is good; you can't tell that there was a problem. North Columbus Collision Center does what they say they will do. more

excellent service 3/26/2011

The service advisor took time to examine the vehicle, even brought out the painter to examine the car for the estimate, and took time to explain the process and kept me very involved in the process. The work was very efficient and good quality. I enjoyed the updates with pictures every day. more

I am completely satisfied with the work that was done to my car. It was finished at the time that they said it would be. I checked online to see the status of the work being done. The staff were friendly and professional. The owner was very helpful and "down to earth." I have already recommended people to this company. God bless you for your labors of love and excellent work. North Columbus Collision Center came and picked up the car. They had it for a reasonable amount of time to fix it. Everything turned out really well. I've used their services a couple of time and it's been good each time. I'd recommend them. more

fixed my accident 3/15/2011

I hit a car and they fixed both of our cars. They worked with his time line to leave soon and got it back to him with time to spare. Possibly the best collision auto place in the area. more

Everyone I have encounted at the shop is professional and knowledgable. I don't have to worry about the quality of parts because their first choise are the manufacturer's parts. The process is efficient and NCCC keeps me updated daily via email with pictures! A weight has been lifted from my shoulders because I have finally found a shop where I believe the entire staff is honest. more

Head On Collision 3/7/2011

Although no one ever wants to have a car wreck, it happens! With that being said, the service was great and the employees were very nice and helpful. In the future, I hope I don't have another wreck, if I do this will be my collision center of choice. more

This was my first time in an accident and my first time getting my car repaired. They did an excellent job and I would totally recommend them to anyone in need of repairs. They were GREAT! 2/15/2011

They were GREAT! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Loved the fact that they took pictures of my car and sent them to me so, I could see the process of my repairs. There was no need in me calling them to ask when my car would be ready. All I had to do was look at my email and see where they were with the repairs. I have an older car and the side of the car that got hit when it was repaired looked better then the other side. It looked brand new! :) They did an excellent job! more

I knew exactly what was going on with my car because I got daily emails with pictures and comments as to what step of the process each picture was. There's only praise for the way they conduct business from beginning to end. I knew the car was in good hands. more

North Columbus Collision Center does good quality work. They followed up well, and kept me posted with what was going on with my car. I also like that they have a feature on their website where you can check the status of your vehicle and see daily photos of the progress. It's really nice. more
