Excellent body shop repair experience! 6/7/2012

Estimate was completed on a timely basis and my vehicle repairs were completed as promised. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff members who assisted me with my repair especially Billy Adams, my estimator. My vehicle was cleaned throughout and the workmanship of the restoration looked good as new. more

I'm very impressed with the service, from beginning to end! Staff were very friendly, informative & helpful. I loved getting daily pictures & updates on my SUV. Then, to top it off, my SUV was washed & cleaned!!!! Will definitely recommend to all my friends, co-worker & family. more

They went above and beyond to help me through the repair process. My truck needed attention after an accident that was caused by another driver. Billy was my contact at North Columbus Collision, and he took care of most everything. Truck looks great, too. more
