This facility is top of the repair services. They proved to me that their doors for unscheduled customer inspections and questions. Quality assurance is the best in this city. more

Very pleased with every aspect of service here. The secretary was very knowledgable of how to deal with the insurance company and the staff was more than willing to help. My car was finished in a timely manner as promised and the website helped to let me know the steps my car was in. My car was very well taken care of and I will defintely use NCCC again as well as suggest my friends here! more

I Had an Excellent experience with North Columbus Collision! 12/26/2011

North Columbus Collision has the best service and a very friendly staff. I will definitely take my car here again for service and recommend this place to family and friends. Billy Adams, who was handling my repairs, was reliable and always returned my calls. He also stayed on top of my repairs and did everything he possibly could concerning my affairs. North Columbus Collision is the place to take your car for sure! more

I was glad that all I had to do was take my car to one place and they took care of everything, including calling the car rental place to get me picked up. I also enjoyed the Autowatch emails showing me how my car was coming along. Thank you : ) more

Great shop, good people, nice work 11/7/2011

I have had 3 of my vehicles worked on there, 2 for minor damage 1 for major damage. They literally restored my Pontiac G8, the front bumper of my F150 and the front bumper of my dodge charger back to its original look. I couldn't tell it was ever in an accident. more

Very nice staff. They worked with my schedule which was greatly needed. My car was in and out and it was done when they said it would be. They worked directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to. A great experience and I would recommend North Columbus Collision Center to anyone. I got back a fixed car and it was clean. It was a great experience. They had everything ready. They called the rental car place for me. Updated photos daily and answered my emails. Very nice staff also. more
