After a small collision, where the other person drove off and left me with a lovely dent, a friend recommended a local shop. After getting an estimate there I went home and did what most people do, an internet search. That search pointed us to North Columbus Collision Center, and I was impressed with their website.
When we went into North Columbus Collision Center we had a very good experience getting an estimate. The guys were more professional, more thorough, and very detail oriented. The price was also better. They gave use a printout with information, and told me that if I brought the car in on Monday it would be ready Thursday.
My car was actually ready on Wednesday. It was delivered on time, full delivery, at actually a slightly lower cost than estimated. We were even able to check the nightly progress on the website. The website was great, it was what lead me to them, and has a great build.
North Columbus Collision center made sure to meet their promises. It is important when trying to schedule your life around a car repair that it doesn't take extra days. They said Thursday and were able to deliver it even earlier.
