They've had our TV for 8 weeks and have no idea if or when they can fix it. This from the 'factory authorized' service center. And they aren't cheap! $400 flat fee for anything on a big screen flat panel. If your TV is out of warranty, call the place you bought it from, but DON'T go to Norman's. The only thing worse than their technical service is their customer service. They seldom answer the phone, know nothing when they do and do not call back when they say they will. Run, I tell you, RUN!
