Information relayed to Norman's not downloaded to repair man. Repair Man terribly unprofessional on the phone and angry (at me!) about omission of info. He went off on a huge tirade and ultimately told me he would "work me in" like he was doing me a favor. Oldest scam in the book. I could feel the bill being padded for this "favor."
I contacted Norman's to tell them I wanted a different repair man, they suggested we reschedule for another day and the same repair man would return. Hello? Were you listening? I just canceled with them.
