They rarely answer the phone and when someone does answer the phone, they have no answers. Their customer service motto seems to be "" Its not our problem"". Normans has had my stereo receiver for over 2 months now and counting. The piece is under warranty and everything. But, they have no idea when they will be able to fix it. The part that was supposed to take a week to order has taken over a month, so they claim but have no idea why. Nobody calls you with any updates. Their is no sense of responsibility or follow through. Stay away. Its better to box it up and ship it back to the manufacturer than deal with these clowns. I hope I can save at least one person the hassle that I have been through. more
