Normans Electronics is at the top of ""CUSTMOMER NO SERVICE"" . Their service department totally disregards you as a customer. Both times I've had to schedule them for in home service has taken 10-14 days for an appointment. The first time I cancelled them after waiting two weeks and called my own repairman outside of my extended warranty. This last time 03-07-2008 the Technician was a ""no show"". His english was very very poor. He ignored appointment time and directions to my home. I honestly do not know how a company like this can continue staying in business since 1955 as is their claim. I will contact Toshiba/HH Gregg to find an alternative. Dissatisfied..................... more
