What an incredibly professional and courteous company! Our company recently ran into an awful experience with another telephone/data company and the team at Norcast came to our rescue and sent us great service technicians. It started with Orah and Chrissy helping us to schedule service and informing us clearly of what estimated costs would be with their polite and understanding service. The first time we needed help, Robert came out and explained to us what needed to be done and communicated with the other company for us :-). He was very kind and professional. The second time we needed the help of a service tech, was due to the lack of service from this other telephone/data company and it left us without internet for a week. We called Norcast again to see if they could help us (we figured it was great the first time, so why not try again). This time they sent Carlos. He let us vent our frustrations with the other company, listened to what we needed help with, and immediately got to fixing the problem. He was patient, didn't make us feel dumb for not knowing "high tech language", and took the time to ensure that everything was working. We mentioned to Carlos that not all hero's wear capes! We are so thankful for the staff at Norcast and would recommend very highly to anyone needing this type of tech support to give them a call. You'll be glad you did! more

Robert Hood came out to help us resolve our problem with our scan/fax machine not sending and receiving information via the internet. I believe he went above and beyond to resolve the problem especially since this is not his expertise. In fact, he did help us resolve it and was truly the one person out of the many that we contacted for help that seemed to care and wanted to make sure he resolved the issue. Thank you Robert! more

My internet connection problem was solved effectively and very efficiently. I emailed to report my problem to Chris and within the hour I received a response from Jill. Appointments were executed on my behalf for a field visit to correct the problem. Very satisfied!! more

We needed the perfect phone system along with speedy internet for our tire store. The team at Norcast came through for us perfectly! The phone system is great and easily managed and they made it affordable for us... It was a win/win. But that's just the nuts and bolts of the deal. Chris, worked it all out for us - going way beyond what other communication businesses were willing to do for us. Chris listened to our needs, found the system that would be an asset to our business and fit it to our company's needs, rather than our company fitting into a preconceived mold. Justin, Chris, Frank, Lance and Robert were an amazing and personable team to work with. They made the process of redoing our phone and internet system painless, and as a matter of fact down right enjoyable! On 1/3/2016 around 7pm, at the SeaVenture Resort in Pismo Beach we had our cable connection go offline. The company didn't have an ETA, and on a busy Sunday night I needed something else to get us by. Realizing we had our voice circuit on a Norcast T1, I called the helpdesk and left an emergency VM. I was called back in under 10 minutes, and to be honest, I can't remember the technicians name (It was Justin Coalwell, upon looking at my notes). He was able to give me the static IP information we had for the T1 circuit, and I was able to temporarily route all my information over the T1 while our other vendor twiddled their thumbs - they restored service the next morning. That would have cost us thousands in lost revenue. Please let the technician know I was very appreciative, and he represents Norcast to the highest level. Techs like him are why we keep our copper services with Norcast when there are many other alternatives. Kudos on a job well done! Thanks! more

My Company, Star Drug Testing has been with Norcast for 10 years. My experience with them began about 4 1/2 years ago when I purchased the controlling interest in Star. From the beginning I have found Norcast to be professional and competent in all of their dealings with us. From my very first phone inquiry, a friendly attitude of going above and beyond for their customers was in evidence. Recently we were approached by our contact with Norcast, Chris Robles, to review our current services. As a result we were offered upgrades that have allowed us to work more efficiently, thus, become more cost effective in our operations. Communication was outstanding from the install to launch resulting in a relatively seamless transition to a new system. Bottom line we not only have a better system but my monthly cost was actually reduced. Being a small business often does not lead to the highest priority for many of todays service companies. I want to give a huge shout out to Chris and the Norcast team in how special they made us feel. If you are looking for a communications company to partner with I would highly recommend giving Norcast a call. more

NorCast is everything that's good about a local technology vendor. First, they know their tech stuff, so their solutions work as they say they will. Second, they take pride in knowing and understanding their customers, quirks and all, so their responses to issues are appropriate. Third, they are committed to doing whatever it takes to resolve a customer's problems, regardless of what time or day it is. When your business depends on fast, reliable network and phone service, you need someone who takes total ownership like NorCast. I've experienced the impersonal, "not-my-job" service of big, multi-galactic telecom vendors, and I'll take NorCast every time. more

Years ago I used Norcast at another company. The experience was so favorable that when I opened Pacific Realty I immediately called Norcast...and didn't even bother with any other company!! Norcast is not only the most reasonably priced (I know this because other companies are constantly giving me quotes in hopes of gaining my business) they have a youthful forward thinking approach to business while still providing "old fashioned" service! I love the fact I always talk to a real person when I call...there is no pushing numbers, listening to messages and trying to figure out how to find a live body. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful company!!! Should any potential customer wish to talk to me they are welcome to call or stop by our office. Thank you Norcast...keep doing what you are doing!!! more

I have been a Norcast customer for over 5 years. When and if I need to call I always get a live person on the phone who is happy, professional and ready to help me with anything. They go above and beyond your regular customer service. I have telephone and internet with Norcast and have had next to no problems with these services. I would highly recommend this company to everyone who want to get their "bang for their buck" because this is what they provide. more
