What an incredibly professional and courteous company! Our company recently ran into an awful experience with another telephone/data company and the team at Norcast came to our rescue and sent us great service technicians. It started with Orah and Chrissy helping us to schedule service and informing us clearly of what estimated costs would be with their polite and understanding service. The first time we needed help, Robert came out and explained to us what needed to be done and communicated with the other company for us :-). He was very kind and professional.
The second time we needed the help of a service tech, was due to the lack of service from this other telephone/data company and it left us without internet for a week. We called Norcast again to see if they could help us (we figured it was great the first time, so why not try again). This time they sent Carlos. He let us vent our frustrations with the other company, listened to what we needed help with, and immediately got to fixing the problem. He was patient, didn't make us feel dumb for not knowing "high tech language", and took the time to ensure that everything was working. We mentioned to Carlos that not all hero's wear capes!
We are so thankful for the staff at Norcast and would recommend very highly to anyone needing this type of tech support to give them a call. You'll be glad you did!
