When it comes to reliability and customer service, there's really nobody like Norcast here. Previously, we used AT&T business service U-verse, but even then we constantly had issues with the quality of our internet, and waiting for someone to respond to our service calls was always a pain.
With Norcast, when we had a problem with connection (only once, and it wasn't their fault), Robert was at our house within minutes: rain, hail, and high winds that descended on the county that day notwithstanding. He stayed after hours and got the job done.
We appreciate Norcast's attention to detail, as well as professionalism and friendliness of everyone who works there. Norcast, you're wonderful!
