NorCast is everything that's good about a local technology vendor. First, they know their tech stuff, so their solutions work as they say they will. Second, they take pride in knowing and understanding their customers, quirks and all, so their responses to issues are appropriate. Third, they are committed to doing whatever it takes to resolve a customer's problems, regardless of what time or day it is.
When your business depends on fast, reliable network and phone service, you need someone who takes total ownership like NorCast. I've experienced the impersonal, "not-my-job" service of big, multi-galactic telecom vendors, and I'll take NorCast every time.
