Norcast has been great to work with. After much back and forth we decided to go with a new phone system and chose to go with Norcast. Once we made that choice, they hit the ground running. They did extensive work making sure we planned out everything we could before the install. On the day of the install we had a whole crew that worked multiple days to get our entire property onto the new phone system. They worked very hard and kept everything very clean during the process. I have been very impressed by all their work and dedication to making our cut over as smooth as possible. more

The Blue Norcast staff is amazing, they actually care about the service they provide, and usually they even know about a problem before I do (which is pretty impressive, since I really pay attention!). I have a T1 to a remote location in Templeton for my home office. Being so far out, it's not too uncommon for AT&T to have issues with the physical infrastructure, but Norcast is always on top of it making sure that AT&T is getting the job done, without me having to babysit the process. more

We are a small internet-based business in San Luis Obispo who had used a large internet provider for our phone and internet for many years. When we moved locations our provider said our new location was serviceable, until a technician came out two weeks after we had moved and said it wasn't a serviceable location. Around and around we went until we decided we'd had enough. NORCAST jumped in and saved the day! They began to work on our project right away. As our business was crippled not having internet they even came and set up a hotspot for us to use while our wired connection was serviced. Thank you Jacquie and Jeff for treating us like you would want to be treated! more

Norcast delivers that best combination of small town service with the technical expertise of a big city company. They have been quick to offer advise and support with out VOIP project. Best of all, when you have a question about your service, you can just call them an talk to a knowledgeable person on the first call! more

We purchased our home two years ago in a remote location, that only had AT&T services available with no internet access. About 1 year ago we heard about Norcast and thought lets give them a try. Our service has been outstanding, no interruptions, no down signal. We would highly recommend NORCAST more

We have been using a lot of Norcast's services, phone, long distance, fax lines, 800 #s, remote call forwarding, DSL and email for many years. Norcast has saved us a lot over the years compared to the utility's charges and complex billing. No complaints. We are probably on their 3rd email service but that might be growth related. Tech support is excellent. Udating hardware can be iffy and seldom is performed as promised...my only complaint... minus 1 star! But I always recommend Norcast. more
