New York Computer Help definitely has 6/3/2012

New York Computer Help definitely has my vote for best computer repair in NYC. My laptop was running very hot and they were able to repair the fan right away to get it working again the right way. Kudos for the extra tips for how to backup my files. more

My laptop had a computer virus that 5/30/2012

My laptop had a computer virus that deleted all my files. New York Computer Help was able to get rid of it right away for me. And it was pretty cheap. more

Lab recovery was fast and cheap 5/29/2012

I called around places in NYC and as far as California for lab recovery. My external hard drive did not power on at all. Let me tell you that these places literally wanted thousands of dollars. New York Computer Help quoted just a fraction for that and recovered everything 100%. Just an upfront, reasonable, and professional place here. I'll be back in heartbeat if needed. more

A step above the rest 5/23/2012

The laptop repair NYC technicians are really top notch here. My blue screen issue was driving me crazy. They were able to resolve it and even show me how to automate my backups to protect my pics and files. Really a nice establishment there. more

My laptop totally ate it. It made whirring sounds and sounded like it was dying a slow death. I would have done anything to save my kids pics since I never backed them up before. New York Computer Help was able to recover the files by the next day and didn't charge me an arm and a leg like other companies wanted to. Truly saved me on this one. more

Best NYC Computer Repair 5/22/2012

New York Computer Help is in a class of its own. I've been to other NYC computer repair shops in the past, but they are a keeper. I had a bad computer virus and they fixed it cheaper than anyone else would, gave helpful computer tips, and did it in the same day. more

Great laptop repair in NYC 5/21/2012

My laptop wouldn't send any email no matter which network I used...home, work, Starbucks. New York Computer Help was able to fix my Outlook account quickly and email was sending and receiving without any computer issues again. more
