Well Worth the Money! 3/15/2005

Other schools had lesser prices but didn't seem as comprehensive as ny bartending school. It's well worth the extra money to use real ice! : ) The instruction is intense. Alex is the most MAD awesome instructor! Very patient, very kind and very REALISTIC about what happens in the real world. Great stories, too. more

Very Welcoming 3/14/2005

I checked it out and felt welcome but not pressured and the atmosphere felt realistic. I had a great time and met some awesome people!! I had a good teacher. He built confidence while still offering a healthy dose of constructive criticism. Pros: don't pressure you, great experience, builds confidence more

TERRIFIC REPUTATION 3/5/2005

This school has a TERRIFIC reputation. I love that they do placement internationally as well as throughout the U.S. A friend of mine studeid here and highly recommended it to me. I loved the combination of having one instructor doing the first day of class (Bryan - the BOSS!)and another (Joshua) the rest of the week. Bryans percission and pushing un on speed right from the start gave me a feeling of confidence that I can do this, and Joshuas patience and giving us a sense of perspective on what's important was EXCELLENT! No JOKE - THIS SCHOOL IS THE BEST! 2/28/2005

Seriously! This school is far from being a joke! I checked out a total of 9 schools (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and New Jersey) and none came close! However, I did see other schools that were a joke! This school is the most honest of all the schools and they DO deliver. I recommend that you check it out first so that when you visit the other schools you will see throw their bs. From a graduate that is WORKING! Pros: Honest!, Honest!, Honest! more

All info on their website Gave me info over the phone Gave me a tour of the school (WITHOUT an appointment) Let me sit on two classes and offered me a free class Told me to go check out the competition NEVER once asked for my credit card (2 schools did) NEVER once bad mouthed other schools (all other schools did) The Training was Incredible Great job placement (brandy and claudio rock) My word on this one guys! I though it was a sales gimmick to get you to signup right away. So I checked out all the other schools. I came back and signed up immediately. This NYB School has all information and prices on their website; answered all my other questions via phone; gave me a free class; allowed me to speak to the job placement director; allowed me to sit in on a class and talk to the instructors and students. MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO GO TO ALL THE SCHOOLS AND SEE FOR YOURSELF! For me, this school was by far the best choice! Pros: Honest, Reputable, Caring more
