I learned everything I needed to know about running a my own bar through New York Bartending School. Everything from creating a cocktail menu to efficient, courteous service tricks and tips. All my bartenders still refer to my flashcards for common and obscure drink/shot recipes. I've sent most of my staff for training there. We are all T.I.P.S. certified through NYBS.
