Brian was really nice, very informative. He was just real and didn't sugar coat anything which made it easier for us to learn. My favorite part was when we made mojitos. Pros: Making real mojito's- Yum. more

Best school in NYC 11/30/2006

My instructor was very patient with us. Made the class fun and interesting, You can tell she has a great passion for her job. I ike the relaxed atmosphere and progressing in how to make drinks. Pros: Fun!! more

They don't follow through 11/29/2006

When I walked I thought I was in a real lounge. I went through the entire class and had a great time. I learned a lot, and made new friends. My problem is, I still have no job! I graduated mid summer, and I have all this bar knowledge in my head, just no where to put it to use. They bent over backwards for me while I was still a student, but the day I graduated I started to get the brush off. I am disappointed because I thought I would have a job by now. Pros: Cool class, met cool people Cons: I feel they lied about getting me a job! more

Will recomend this school to whomever is interested in bartending. It's a great learning experience, my favorite was learning of the history on Alcohol. The class is legit not mediocre. more

I choose this school because it cought my attention + when I visited their web-site that just gave me more reasons to join. came in this school not knowing enything and after 2 weeks came out of here with the knowledge + experience a bartender needs. THNX!!! more

The website seemed legit, and being recognized by the NYS Dept. of Ed. convinced me. The classroom really catches the bar feel, and the instructors kept the atmosphere jovial + fun even though we were learning a lot. Vast knowledge and experience really helped in my ability to pick up the trade rather quickly. Pros: I really enjoyed the beer, wine, spirit lectures more
