I always appreciate Nerger's Auto Expresses willingness to answer my questions. They also call me if I need to get an oil change, and I appreciate the constant reminders and upkeep. I think they do the best they can to get me a good deal. What it comes down to is trust, and I really trust them, more than any other mechanic I have been too. I have been using them for about 2 years. I really think the quality is great. For instance, they looked at my flat tire and told me nothing was wrong with it. It kept deflating, so I brought it back. They found that the rim was actually bent but didn't charge me for the labor because they missed it the last time. They are fantastic. When we have a problem with one of our cars, Brian Nerger makes sure that every effort is made to find the problem and then fix it. One especially difficult problem was a car which would sometimes freeze use of window opening or air conditioning for several miles right after the car was started. Somehow, despite the fact that the car's computer would not register what the problem was, they identified and repaired the car. They have also rated problems by how soon they needed to be fixed. When an emergency situation arises, we are squeezed in. We have happily used Nerger's Auto Service for more than ten years. more

Ive been using nergers auto for 3 yrs, ive bought 2 cars from him and serviced them both there. Good honest guys, ive always been happy with there services. they do a 40 point checklist during every oil change to help you plan on the future. give you what needs to be done now or in the future, and they will never go ahead and do anything without your go ahead. Im not saying this because recently started working for him selling cars 5 months ago. im saying this because my 2 cars i seviced n bought from him were my 2 best cars i owned. i tell all my friends about him! i would never go anywhere else. I have been working with Nerger's Auto Repair for a few years now. I have had a few cars serviced there and I also sold a car through them. I have had them do everything from oil changes to transmission repairs and even body work. If I have any problems with a repair, they are very quick to fix it, redo the repair, or whatever else needs done to make the customer happy. more

I travel a long distance to get to Bound Brook, because I now live on the Jersey Shore. I met Brian, and started using Nerger's Auto Repair when I lived in Bound Brook. Since I moved I continue to drive there to get service. The principal reason I continue to use them is because I trust Brian and his team. I have been using them for about 20 years.
