Just an Oil Change 5/3/2011

I needed an oil change, and they let me drop off my truck on my lunch and brought me back to work. Then picked me up when it was done. Awesome service! 5/3/2011

Brian and the folks at Nerger's Auto took great care of me and my Honda Fit when it needed new tires. They got me a great price, with no hidden costs, communicated the price of repairs clearly and had some helpful recommendations of how to proceed. On top of all that, Brian is the friendliest mechanic I have ever met. I appreciate that he remembered my name when I came in, and he took the time to come out to the car to meet my wife and children. We already feel like family at Nerger's. Very good! 5/3/2011

I was very unhappy with the fact that things had happed to my car, but Nerger's Auto Express was really great. They kept the car a little longer than I really wanted them to, but maybe it was just circumstances. They were very good, and they delivered the car to me, so I would say everything is fine. I am hooked 4/27/2011

I recently had my Camry Serviced at Nerger's and, quite honestly, I have never had such caring, efficient and competent car service anywhere. It beat dealership service hands down. Brian made sure he and I were on the same page as far as what the problems were and then took care of them quickly and expertly. My car has NEVER run better! Excellent Customer Service 4/19/2011

The owner (Brian) is a great gut to deal with guy. Provides a real professional services. The people who work for him make a point to provide the best in customer service quality. Good place to bring your car in for service and cost. The greate thing is that he provides free car shuttle service to and from work. Way to go (Brian) and keep up with the good work you provide. You get what you pay for, and at Nerger's you get premium parts and an honest evaluation. 4/4/2011

I have recommended Nerger's Auto Express a lot, thirty times easily. Personally, they're not the cheapest, but your paying for premium parts and an honest evaluation. They'll take care of the problem, and they're not gonna sell you what you don't need. They also talk to you in simple language. I'm no mechanic, but they don't talk down to me, which is really nice. excellent diagnostic 3/29/2011

Brian & crew really know their stuff. I went in for routine service & diagnostic on my 140,000 miles Ram Truck. I got a detailed overview of some potential problems. Then his guy took me into the shop & showed me what the problems were & explained them in detail. I then chose what work I wanted to get done now. Brian worked up the price & that was what is was, no surprises. Now the truck which rely on is running like new! Superb service 3/26/2011

I've been using Nerger's for the last several years and I am fully satisfied. My car issues are fixed quickly, all costs are fully explained, and they have even offered local transportation during the service. Nerger's is, by far, the best auto repair and auto service business in the central NJ area. All-around Outstanding Service 3/18/2011

From my first interaction with Beverly over the phone, to the rides Fred provided to and from my office, to my final follow up call from Brian, Nerger's provided excellent customer service. I showed up with an extensive list of repairs needed and slightly ridiculous time constraints, yet Nerger's met all my needs and exceeded my expectations. Honest! 3/11/2011

The car industry is litted with people who will lie and cheat to get your money but not at Nergers. I bought my car used from their auto sales department and from day 1 everybody was polite and helped me find the right car for me. I also use Nergers for my car servicing needs and again their work is polite, affordable and their appraisals of work needed are honest. Keep up the good work guys! Open to doing what they need to do to keep you happy as a customer. 3/10/2011

Nerger's Auto Express was always willing to take me in at any moment when I had problems with the car. They are so convenient! They're willing to drive me back home and drop me off, or pick up my car. They are very nice, and I really appreciate the rental car and courtesy car service they offer. They are very open to doing what they need to do to keep you happy as a customer. I really appreciated that, and the quality work they do. Service with a smile 2/19/2011

From the initial phone call to set up an appointment, I have never experience such patients. From Brian to Alex, everyone answered all my questions with knowledgeable, honest answers. After my car was repaired I received a phone call a few days later to make sure everything was ok with vehicle. WOW!!!! Top notch! 2/15/2011

Nerger's Auto Express is a great place to get your car serviced. Top notch mechanics, free pick-up and delivery service to your home or work is wonderful and makes my life alot easier! They even have referral discounts, the more people you refer, the more discounts I get and they get! Had my car towed in by AAA. They recommended Nerger's because it was close by and AAA approved. Nerger's is my new car repair company. They have excellent customer service and they took care of me quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to family and friends.
