They probably have the two best mechanics around, and I say that because all the other mechanics recommended that I go to them. I woke one morning leaving out for work and realized I had a flat and I'm new too area so I googled tire shop and Nergers was first on list to pop up so I called. I felt very at ease wen speaking to owner and he sent help right away.. so basically they were very helpful and service was great.. I like Nerger's Auto Express. It's easy to make appointments and they provide good service and follow-up. The people working there are very nice and helpful. They are very professional. Nerger's Auto Express do really good job. I've been using them since 2008. They are a nice bunch of people there with good customer service. I always feel really good when I go there, it's comfortable. They make paying convenient and easy to agree on. They are professional and honest, very honest which is important to me. I've been going to Nerger's for years now, because Brian and his crew go above and beyond, every time. The oil change comes with a full inspection in which they discuss with you routine maintenance and potential problems - in a polite way, not pushy or condescending like other auto shops can be. They make personal follow up calls and are always ready to take care of my car needs. Even now, as Bound Brook is still pumping flood waters out from Hurricane Irene, Brian is open and ready for business! Love this place! First I would like to thank Fred for his friendly rides from my home to Nerger's. He was the first person I met when my daughter needed me to get her car while she was @ work. Fred is polite, funny and kind. It is great they have this pick up service and Fred is the perfect driver. The mechanics I trust completely. Brian lets you know the repairs needed, the cost and keeps you informed of the status of the repairs. My daughter told me how she liked the work she had done by Nerger's and the next week I brought my Jeep in for service and they helped get it in good condition. The waiting room is very pleasant and CLEAN. Anyone I spoke with was respectful and willing to explain difficult terms with patience. I will continue to tell others about the honest Nerger staff. I've been taking my trucks to Nerger's Auto Express for about two years now. I think the people that work there are very nice and really friendly. I also think they provide good service. However, my only problem with them is that it takes a long time to get one truck an oil change. Even if I call a couple of days ahead of time and schedule an appointment for a 15-20 minute oil change, my truck ends up sitting there all day. I wish they'd tell me if they were too busy or didn't have enough hands that day, I'd understand if that were the issue. But I have a lot of trucks I need serviced, and to have only one done at a time can be frustrating. I'd really like to be able to bring in a few trucks to get them serviced all in one day. Found Nerger's Auto Express while looking for a reputable Hyundai repair shop to check some vibration in the front end. I called and made an appointment and was pleased with the personal greeting by Brian and the professional mannor they run their shop. I also needed a ride home so Brian drove me in my car. We both took a test drive and Brian explained to me what he thought the problem may be. Later on Connie and I received a call from Brian explaining what the problem was, new rotors and break pads, and quoted us a price for just that work no add on's like other dealers do. We received the car the same day and were very pleased with the care and honesty the shop gave us. From now on Brian is our main repair shop for all three of our vehicles. I have been using Nerger's Auto Express for at least five years, and I am a satisfied customer. I will travel 15 miles from my home, going out of my way just to use them. And despite the trip, they will always drive me back to my house if I don't have a ride. In a word, Nerger's Auto is honest. To give an example, the first time I brought my car in, I expected to have my radiator replaced, due to a leak. Another shop I had visited was ready to perform the replacement, but the mechanic at Nerger's discovered that the leak was coming from a loose clamp, and not the radiator itself. He tightened it for free, and I was on my way. Nerger's is not out there to screw people over. You can trust that they will let you know everything about your car. Brian, Susan and his mechanics clearly went above and beyond the call of duty when I brought my car for after sale inspection. Their courtesy, hospitality and attention to details was outstanding.
