I always appreciate Nerger's Auto Expresses willingness to answer my questions. They also call me if I need to get an oil change, and I appreciate the constant reminders and upkeep. I think they do the best they can to get me a good deal. What it comes down to is trust, and I really trust them, more than any other mechanic I have been too.
I have been using them for about 2 years. I really think the quality is great. For instance, they looked at my flat tire and told me nothing was wrong with it. It kept deflating, so I brought it back. They found that the rim was actually bent but didn't charge me for the labor because they missed it the last time. They are fantastic.
