When we have a problem with one of our cars, Brian Nerger makes sure that every effort is made to find the problem and then fix it. One especially difficult problem was a car which would sometimes freeze use of window opening or air conditioning for several miles right after the car was started. Somehow, despite the fact that the car's computer would not register what the problem was, they identified and repaired the car. They have also rated problems by how soon they needed to be fixed. When an emergency situation arises, we are squeezed in. We have happily used Nerger's Auto Service for more than ten years.
