Nerger's is a great place to do business. We have been doing business with them for about two years and every time it's time for repairs they never come up short. We pay for good service and we get great service each time. We will continue to do business with Nerger' s because they have continued to be great business people with great service personnel. more

Nerger's is a top-rate used car dealership. After my bankruptcy and divorce, my credit was a wreck. I went to several other dealerships who refused me based on my credit. Nerger's worked with me and my current financial situation to find a car that was right for me. The car runs great and their service department is top-notch. When my 2006 Nissan Xterra needed repair, I took it to Nerger's on the recommendation of a friend. Best decision I ever made, The repair was an unusual one, and the part was difficult to locate. Brian and Mark went above and beyond the call of duty in their efforts to find the part, get it to New Jersey and get the repair done. They took care of all the negotiations with my warranty company and jumped through every hoop the company required to get the maximum reimbursement for me. The repair was correctly made and the truck ran perfectly when I picked it up. (Thanks very much to the mechanic, whose name I am embarrassed to say I did not ask.) All this was done in the friendliest, most courteous and professional way. Nerger's is now my repair shop of choice. If I could give a rating higher than excellent, I would. more

I have been bringing my cars to Nergers for years. I am always impressed with the courtesy of the workers. Brian and his team always inform me about repairs that are needed. They help prioritize items in terms or safety of the vehicle and driver. I know that I can count on them. more

Nerger's did service on a Lincoln for me. They computerized the engine, replaced every filter, did the front brakes, spark plugs, basically they went over the whole car. It runs 100 better now, and it was done the next day. I took the car into the shop and they didn't charge me for looking at it, and they took me home afterwards and picked me up the next day when it was ready. No other shop would do that. more

I have been using Nerger's Auto Express for years, and I've never had a problem. I trust them 100. Sometimes, when I have had small problems, they even fix them for no charge, when they could have charged 100 dollars for all I knew. And this has happened more than once. I've used them now for 10 years, I'd guess. more

I go back because I am happy with his serice. You should too. Their pick up and delivery service is outstanding. more

And they say chivalry is dead! Not in Bound Brook, at Nerger's Auto Express, where my boyfriend and I were forced to pull over when my feet became inexplicably soaked while seated in the passenger's seat. En route to Cape Cod in my sister's car, we were strangers in this town, and completely at the mercy of the nearest Auto service center. Lucky for us, Mark and his crack team of service professionals were quick to diagnose the problem. 15 minutes after walking in the door, our AC line had been blown clear, the problem explained to us, and the other vitals routinely checked. Not only that- but everything was free of charge! Incredible! We are now safely back on the road, and very grateful. The next time I have car troubles, I hope I'm somewhere near the kind gentlemen of Nerger's. more

I had been through 4 mechanics in the last year and a half and was looking for someone who would do quality work for a change. I decided to give Nerger's Auto Care a shot after some recommendations from co-workers. Brian and his team spent days with my car fixing all the problems that the other mechanics were supposed to fix! I am finally happy with my car again. It is driving better than it has in years and I actually enjoy it again. Brian and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly not pushy. They help you understand the issues with your car and lay out your options in a clear manner. I am happy to say that after a string of bad mechanics I have finally found a good one. I do not plan on letting anyone else work on my car from now on. more

I just want to say that Nerger's has never steered me wrong. They are fast, courteous and provide professional service. I am also grateful to have shuttle service from them since I don't have a way of getting home most of the times until my car is serviced. Keep up the good work. more

My radiator had to replaced so I made a appointment with Nerger's Auto. Brian and Mark took care of me in very cordial and professional manner. Alex was my mechanic who worked on my car and after it was completed the car was running like new. Its been a long time since my car warmed up quickly and the idling was very quiet. They drove me back home and picked me up when the work was completed. The price was very reasonable compared to other auto shops especially the dealers. I recently had my car repaired at Nerger's. My car had initial problems such as rough idling and poor gas consumption. About a one month ago, it broke down and I was told by another auto body shop that I had a cracked engine block requiring an engine replacement. They quoted thousands of dollars to replace the engine. So, I had my car towed to Nerger's to get a second opinion. Thank god for making the right choice!! Brian and his staff did a complete check of my engine over several days and found NO cracks in my engine block. It did require valve adjustment among other things. The cost was a fraction of I was quoted by the other body shop. Since the repair, my car is running very smoothly. I haven't experienced rough idling and gas consumption is back to where it's supposed to be or close to it. Despite my daily calls on the status of my car, Brian was extremely courteous and patient, explaining what was being done to my vehicle. When my car was finally ready, they even came to pick me up from my house. Wow...what a great service!!! I am extremely pleased with their honesty, integrity and quality customer care. My car needed to be towed on my way home from work and I am so thankful Nerger's was nearby. I received a phone call from them at 7:30 the next morning to talk about the problems my car was having. They started working on it right away and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. They were very thorough and honest and I was very impressed by their customer service. What else do you need? I am looking for an honest shop to take good care of my car so it can last a long time. They can drive me home if it is going to take long, offer me $$$ coupon specials, talk with me about what is happening with the car, now and what to expect down the road.
