I recently had my car repaired at Nerger's. My car had initial problems such as rough idling and poor gas consumption. About a one month ago, it broke down and I was told by another auto body shop that I had a cracked engine block requiring an engine replacement. They quoted thousands of dollars to replace the engine. So, I had my car towed to Nerger's to get a second opinion. Thank god for making the right choice!! Brian and his staff did a complete check of my engine over several days and found NO cracks in my engine block. It did require valve adjustment among other things. The cost was a fraction of I was quoted by the other body shop. Since the repair, my car is running very smoothly. I haven't experienced rough idling and gas consumption is back to where it's supposed to be or close to it. Despite my daily calls on the status of my car, Brian was extremely courteous and patient, explaining what was being done to my vehicle. When my car was finally ready, they even came to pick me up from my house. Wow...what a great service!!!
I am extremely pleased with their honesty, integrity and quality customer care.
