Our service advisor is Michael Clancy. My husband arranged for my appointment when he was in the week previous. We arrived early and they took us right away. Brain met us at the bay with our paper work, checked us in and turned us over of Michael. He told us that it would take between one and a half to two hours. It took a little over an hour and a half. The work and recalls were taken care of, the car washed, and we were on our way. Michael is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and customer orientated. We are very satisfied. more

The only issue I had, was I was given a business card to have all my oil changes and routine maintenance with no cost to me, we had purchased two cars within about a month apart and the service plan my wife was given for her santa fe was never offered to me at time of signing so the manager gave me this card to show each time so I would have the same service and it was not excepted, due to the manager not being there, which should not be any fault of mine, however I did have to pay for this service, which I thought was unfair. more

It was ok. I can't believe that it should take 2+ hours for an oil change and tire rotation. By the way there are places that do these services in under 1 hour. more

they aim to please and make sure that they cover everything when attending to your vehicle, except for one thing-when they are finished they parked my vehicle too close to other cars. This is 2nd time- this last time someone was parked next to my vehicle and attempted to leave and almost hit my vehicle. He even told me so. more
