Bryan May is a SUPER Service Advisor-- very thorough and terrific customer service. Various employees are always checking in the waiting lounge to make sure everyone is doing fine (Did you get your coffee and tea provided in the back? Etc.) Employees seem to demonstrate they are happy with their jobs and working at Napleton Hyundai (always nice to see happy employees). Was there twice in two weeks (45,000 mile maintenance which determined a part needed to be replaced at no cost once it was ordered and received). They do a nice job from start to finish (washed my car both visits -- Thanks!!)
