Customer satisfaction 3/3/2014

My experiences with Napleton Hyundai on Okeechobee and Congress has been the best experience I've had for both service and sales. Service advisors are always willing to take care of you and answer any questions and concerns. I've never had a bad encounter with anyone there. Everyone has a nice smile and attitude about their position. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here to buy or service my car! more

Terrific Customer Service and Efficient 3/1/2014

Bryan May is a SUPER Service Advisor-- very thorough and terrific customer service. Various employees are always checking in the waiting lounge to make sure everyone is doing fine (Did you get your coffee and tea provided in the back? Etc.) Employees seem to demonstrate they are happy with their jobs and working at Napleton Hyundai (always nice to see happy employees). Was there twice in two weeks (45,000 mile maintenance which determined a part needed to be replaced at no cost once it was ordered and received). They do a nice job from start to finish (washed my car both visits -- Thanks!!) more

I purchased two Hyundai's from this dealership back in October '13, and I thought the salesman and service department were so good the past four months, I purchased another Hyundai last week! more

Comparable Hyundai (not after-market) parts are available online from other Hyundai dealers at far less cost. more
