Service at Napleton Hyundai 1/28/2016

The customer service people are very pleasant. However, I was not given an estimate of the charges when I took my car in for service. One item I would not have had done there if I had known it was going to cost money to do it. (change a windshiled wiper). I realize that does take a minute or two, but I wasn't told I would be charged. more

Just the convenance is about the only great thing I can say about this dealership. The service has went down hill and it's very sad to see. I guess business is doing well so they have lost there lust for good customer service. I had a few task that needed some attention and left my Hyundai for a few hours so that it could be repaired. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle I noticed it was busy in the service area and it seemed that they wanted me to hurry up and leave. It was dusk and I didn't notice how dirty my vehicle had gotten until the next morning. I went to get in my vehicle and noticed black grease marks on the bumped and hood. The driver door handle had black grease substance on the handle too. I couldn't believe my vehicle was left looking so filthy with obvious maintainance grease/oil markings. I have bought my last two Hyundai's from Napleton Hyundai (West Palm Beach) and after my maintainance plan is over I will take my business elsewhere. Thank you Hyundai for showing me that my business no longer matters... more

Worst car dealership ever 12/22/2015

After luring me in buying a new battery with a weird measurement when you check in, they did the same thing only 6 month later to my wife with the same car. Complaining per phone did not help, had to go there, still waiting for the promised reimbursement now several weeks later. more

They are so thorough. 12/17/2015

We brought our 2014 Elantra in for an oil change and Kin told us there was a recall on the sun roof and asked if we could stay while they made the repairs. We said yes. Later he came to us to say that he was not pleased with the repair and could we please stay while he made sure that the work was completely satisfactory. We were pleased that 1) he checked the repair and 2) he cared that it was not just done but well done and 3) he kept us informed. We wouldn't think of going any where but Napleton! more
