I am new to the pilates scene, but I have now been into Core Pilates 5 times, and believe me this is a serious workout. My most recent trip in to the studio, I came out dripping sweat and feeling like I had my rear end kicked. I have worked with 3 instructors as well as Nancy, the owner, and these ladies know their stuff. For me, someone who was completely inexperienced when I started, they have done an outstanding job of coaching me, teaching me, encouraging me and motivating me thru the entire workout. I'm a tall guy, fairly inflexible and stay active with running, basketball, climbing, etc and pilates has already improved my core strength and flexibility. I can already feel a difference in my hip flexors, my hamstrings and my abdominals. Core strength and flexibility were the things I wanted to improve and I will definitely be going back again and again because a pilates workout is unlike anything I have ever done. The control and discipline it takes is remarkable and the ladies at the studio know how its done and they know how to work with clients of all ages, shapes and sizes to get results. Whether you are new to pilates and are looking for a new workout or have been doing it for years and want to continue to train and get results, Core Pilates will get it done for you.
