I have Byron L twice to service the hot water heater. Both times he was professional and efficient.
I can't say that about the office that takes the calls. I was disconnected once by customer service, put on hold and got a recorded message that says they were closed for the Christmas Holidays. I was finally connected to the customer service manager and again was almost put on hold again, which I would of gone ballistic. I have worked in the retail business for 42 years and understand customer service. Those young ladies need some training that answer phones lor the company needs to practice what they preach. Answering a service call and following through is not rocket science
