I made an appointment with My Plumber Heating and Cooling for July 6, 2016. Ariel A. was the technician who arrived. I had two issues - cutoff valve that was leaking and could not disconnect the hot water hose from the washing machine to the spigot. Ariel checked both problems. Unfortunately he too could not disconnect the hose due to the amount off corrosion. He explained everything that needed to be done to fix both problems, he answered all of my questions, and he provided me with the cost prior to him doing any work. He fixed both issues very expeditiously and efficiently. He then explained everything that he did and answered my remaining questions. He was very friendly and professional. I will request him for any future plumbing needs.
