I have had the pleasure of meeting Michael Terry when he did the annual VIP cooling inspection. A very customer oriented person to which he will answer your questions and has an overall respect and good demeanor while working in the house. Before leaving I mentioned being in my home for 10 years and it may be time for the ducts to be cleaned -- we chatted a bit on it, came to an agreement to have both items completed. The appointments were made around my schedule and even when the part was late he seemed more upset than I did. I have another appointment in the upcoming weekend, so the time I could spare during the week was provided, with my job not a bit window. BUT Mr. Terry was here !! right on time to finish the job. Excellent work, excellent well rounded customer service -- I definitely will have Mr. Terry back to assist in any jobs that I would need to have done.
