MSB charges 30% on top of collecting toll fees, it's completely ridiculous. For traveling 2 exits I was billed for $3.40 ($1.00 for an ""administrative fee""). I paid the toll, my bank shows them posting it at the end of June. I get a letter today saying they never got the money and now I owe them $20.00 or they're going to prosecute me (yeah right). Now I'm going to have to waste a greater part of my morning arguing with this sorry, gov't hand-out, sweet-heart contract of a company over $3 bucks they said they never got. I'm also planning to write some city officials to complain as well about them. more

Don't be taken in by their ""surcharges"" on court warrants. Settle directly with the court and don't give these people a dime. It is sad that the DPS and other Texas courts (as well as Miami Dade) have no clue on how they run the business. This company needs to go away. It was a sad chapter of my life.being a part of it. I received a bill from them for $1.60 for a ""toll violation"". I have a txtag account, and they take all my tolls out of it, so I called them to say this. I held for 6 minutes before someone finally answered, then a woman named Jennifer picked up. I tried to explain that I had a txtag and they should just take it out of that, but she cut me off and would not listen. Then, I asked for a supervisor and she said ""What is your question?"" I tried to tell her again, and she cut me off again and said ""a supervisor will not be able to access your txtag account"". I replied that they needed to stop wasting my time over ONE DOLLAR AND SIXTY CENTS and told her I'd hold for a supervisor. I held for over 20 minutes before I hung up. I WILL NOT pay this, because I believe this is a scam and would not suggest anyone making any payments to these people. There is something weird about the whole deal. They are extremely unprofessional and it sounds like a scam. Pros: I would say the only pro to this company is that they probably rip off a lot of people, and therefore make a lot of free money. Well i worked for municipal services bureau witch is affiliated with Gila corp. Well I worked the courts collections for about 9 months. Was one of the top performers the entire time i was there doubleing my budget. There were about 4 of us that were persistant on hitting budget. I was fired for processing a credit card payment costing the company $800. It was my final warning. Well I just found out that because they were going to have to file so many people over the final warning come july 1st all warnings will be erased. Know thats great they want to keep employees but what about the top performers that were fired for their final warning. I did the job to the best of my ability doubling and trippleing my budget and im fired for a final warning and come july 1st all final warnings are erased. That is almost like descrimination to me. When you have an employee who is your top performer you should work with that employee to ensure you dont have to fire him. When i started with the company they didnt even have a training department for msb. They had me sign a bunch of papers sat me with a collector for 1 day and put me on the phone. unfortunatly for me one of the papers i signed was one that i attended training july-07. I tried to argue with texas workforce commision but no luck. All they would have to do is confirm they didnt have a trainer at that time. Here are some more things i believe were unfair.On an average month I made the company 15,000-20,000 a month. That fine i messed up. I got my final bonus check never got my paid time off paid out. The reason why this upsets me is I know two employees fired a couple of weeks before me that got paid for Two weeks and the rest of their pto paid out along with their bonus. . I think this company has its moral and core values all screwed up. I was written up twice in nine months and fired it wasnt like i was a problem employee. I'm not sure how reputable or reliable this site is. I don't trust it, I can't find any information on it and the people that work there won't freely give any information. They contacted my husband, told him he had two warrants and that he had to pay 800 dollars or be arrested and threatened him on various occasions. Very rude! Unfortunately we sent them a 300 dollar payement and NEVER recieved a receipt. When we called them and asked for a reciept they said we couldn't have one until the whole amount was paid off which of course sent up a huge red flag. If someone doesn't offer you a receipt for even partial payments SOMETHING is VERY VERY wrong! Cons: This is a scam service. more

Got a letter from MSB today saying I have a warrent out for my arrest for two unpaid tickets from 2000! First off, I didn't GET these two tickets, don't even know what one of the offenses is and secondly I""M NOT PAYING THEM. Tried to leave a voice mail at the number on the letter and it wouldn't let me. You have my last name totally wrong (you completely misspelled the one that is on there!!!) Not sure who you are, but you aren't getting a dime from me. I'm a stock broker, I travel all over the US and I've been in and out of cop shops all OVER Austin Texas and no one said this was on my record. Reference no: J19369 - Look it up and fix it!
