Review content:
MSB charges 30% on top of collecting toll fees, it's completely ridiculous. For traveling 2 exits I was billed for $3.40 ($1.00 for an ""administrative fee""). I paid the toll, my bank shows them posting it at the end of June. I get a letter today saying they never got the money and now I owe them $20.00 or they're going to prosecute me (yeah right). Now I'm going to have to waste a greater part of my morning arguing with this sorry, gov't hand-out, sweet-heart contract of a company over $3 bucks they said they never got. I'm also planning to write some city officials to complain as well about them.
