We called with a refrigerator and washer problem. The office staff was great to deal with. The tech was excellent. The best service company we have dealt with since moving to Tampa. We would strongly recommend and will use this company in the future. more

Very happy with the service. I called this morning and they had someone come out this afternoon. The tech (Jared) was very polite and had the part needed to fix the problem with my 9 year old Maytag washer. He also repaired the ice cube maker on my Maytag fridge. Cost a little more than I would have liked, but it was repaired on the same day I called so it was worth it. more

I lived in the same house for 30 yrs. and over those years have had many, many repairs by numerous companies. Never have I had such a wonderful and pleasant experience as I did with Mr. Appliance. From the person who answers the phone to Mike, the tech who came to my home, they couldn't be more polite, understanding, completely honest and fair with their pricing, efficient and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about them. They make you feel like family. I can honestly say that I highly recommend them. Mike, the tech who came to my home far exceeded any other companies tech I have EVER had. I am so thrilled to have found this company and will never use any one else. I was not happy about my dryer breaking over a holiday weekend. I sent a request for service early Tues morning and heard back before 8:00am. Bob came later in the day and told me what was wrong with the machine. He said he had to order parts and it would take 3-5 days. I expected to hear the following week. I got a call on Thurs that the parts were in and Bob could be here Friday to fix the dryer. I was back in business for the weekend. I was very happy with the service and will definately call again if I need to. more

Great Follow Through I had a bad problem with my microwave oven. I told Jim the manager at Mr. Appliance that I was convinced that this issue was a direct consequence of an inadequate repair six months ago. Mr. Appliance ended up paying for the new parts and all the labor. Anyone can make a mistake but it takes truly honest and respectable people to do the right thing. Mr. Appliance has earned my trust and my business. Thank you. more

Mr. Appliance was hired to fix our Dacor kitchen stove. We had been getting an error code for several months and finally got around to having the appliance fixed. Bob was the technician and determined the probably cause and quoted the job. A part needed to be ordered so I paid for the job and agreed to meet again once the part came in. I was very impressed with Bob and also the fact that I was being charged by the job not by the hour. This came in handy when Bob returned with the part and then when he tried to install the keypad found that there was a special tool needed that the repair notes did not specify. Well the tool was ordered and Bob returned again and really had to struggle to get access to the keypad. He worked very hard and completed the job without complaining. He recommended some good cleaners and tips and the repair seems to have solved our problem. more
