Great Follow Through I had a bad problem with my microwave oven. I told Jim the manager at Mr. Appliance that I was convinced that this issue was a direct consequence of an inadequate repair six months ago. Mr. Appliance ended up paying for the new parts and all the labor. Anyone can make a mistake but it takes truly honest and respectable people to do the right thing. Mr. Appliance has earned my trust and my business. Thank you.
