I was not happy about my dryer breaking over a holiday weekend. I sent a request for service early Tues morning and heard back before 8:00am. Bob came later in the day and told me what was wrong with the machine. He said he had to order parts and it would take 3-5 days. I expected to hear the following week. I got a call on Thurs that the parts were in and Bob could be here Friday to fix the dryer. I was back in business for the weekend. I was very happy with the service and will definately call again if I need to.
