Mr. Appliance was hired to fix our Dacor kitchen stove. We had been getting an error code for several months and finally got around to having the appliance fixed. Bob was the technician and determined the probably cause and quoted the job. A part needed to be ordered so I paid for the job and agreed to meet again once the part came in. I was very impressed with Bob and also the fact that I was being charged by the job not by the hour. This came in handy when Bob returned with the part and then when he tried to install the keypad found that there was a special tool needed that the repair notes did not specify. Well the tool was ordered and Bob returned again and really had to struggle to get access to the keypad. He worked very hard and completed the job without complaining. He recommended some good cleaners and tips and the repair seems to have solved our problem.
