I highly recommend this company 5/16/2011

I used this company to repair the icemaker for my Kenmore refrigerator and also repair my Maytag dishwasher. They did a great job and the technicians were courteous and clean. I will continue to use them and I highly recommend this company. more

Same day 5/12/2011

Very happy with the service. I called this morning and they had someone come out this afternoon. The tech (Jared) was very polite and had the part needed to fix the problem with my 9 year old Maytag washer. He also repaired the ice cube maker on my Maytag fridge. Cost a little more than I would have liked, but it was repaired on the same day I called so it was worth it. more

We called with a refrigerator and washer problem. The office staff was great to deal with. The tech was excellent. The best service company we have dealt with since moving to Tampa. We would strongly recommend and will use this company in the future. more

Really great service and quick response time 5/4/2011

Really great service and quick response time. Everything was so easy from the time I called until the technician had my washing machine working again. The best part was that he was able to fix it right away - was only without my washer for a day. I would definitely use Mr. Appliance again and recommend them to anyone that needs to have an appliance fixed. more

In my 30 years with the Kodak company training those who deal directly with our customers I have never met a person more able to deal with the public than that of your wife. Her professionalism, politeness and efficiency speaks loudly of the type of business you're operating. But most importantly she remains firm. more

Last month your company repaired our Bosch dishwasher. We received a thank-you card from your company with a $10.00 discount toward future service. However, it should be the other way around - we want to thank you for your courtesy on the phone, fast response time, and great customer service! Totally painfree. 2/9/2011

Totally painfree...well, maybe a routine tab when I wrote out the check at the end. All was attended to the same day I called and Tech Mike could not have done a better job at attending to the problem quickly and efficiently. I called him a miracle worker and I could not have been more pleased! Thanks for your excellent service. more

able to make an appointment 2/7/2011

I was able to make an appointment right away. I appreciated this as it's difficult to go very long without a working washing machine and working too jobs, I had a limited time frame in which I could be home. When I got home the repairman was here. He explained to me what the issue was, how to prevent it and did not charge me an arm and a leg. more
