I called Mr. Appliance when my stove when on the fritz. They sent a friendly service tech the same day. He promptly diagnosed the problem & wrote me up a quote. No surprises, reasonable rates! After I accepted the quote, the part was ordered & my stove was back in working order in less than 48 hours. What great service! Mr. Appliance would be my first call for any appliance problems! more

I really recommend this company to anyone with any appliance issues. The technician was so helpful and knowledgeable . The office staff whom answered my questions took extra time. This company's employees all around went above and beyond to assist in my needs. It is always nerve wracking to have broken appliances. the first thing that comes to mind is $$$$$. This technician was thorough but did not waste time nor money. more

Very disappointed with Mr. Appliance. It took three days to figure out that a simple small piece of paper was causing our washing machine to leak. This is after a repair guy came out and decided that the ""float switch"" was the problem and replaced it the following day. Turns out it wasn't the ""float switch"" because our washing machine began to leak again! That is a mistake on the technician and Mr. Appliance's part...which we were almost charged for!!! After my boyfriend and I cleaned up the leak from the washing machine (which was supposed to be fixed), HE finds out that it wasn't the ""float switch"" but really the fabric softener tray was not draining right. So after calling Mr. Appliance and explaining the situation a different technician came out to take a look. My boyfriend showed the technician where the problem area was...the technician took one look and saw there was a little piece of paper that was causing the problem. It didn't even take the guy five minutes! It was pretty comical after all that headache and hassle we went through. Then to think that Mr. Appliance charges us $158 after it all!!! Excuse me, but $158 to get a piece of paper out of the washing machine???? After YOUR technician messed up the first two times and after we had to deal with the clean up and determine the problem ourselves. I get we can be charged an initial service fee for someone to come out and take a look. But $158 is absolutely outrageous. We are reasonable people and we are very displeased and feel ripped off. And your customer service was very poor and we got absolutely no where with anyone - Dawn was even nice enough and threatened to send us to Collections if we refused to pay the full price. It just would have been nice to see a bit of understanding within the company but I guess that is what happens when a business only cares about gaining an extra buck. That being said, we will never recommend nor use Mr. Appliance services ever again - and you can look for our story on every service rating site. Thanks for nothing. more

The appliance technician arrived on time and quickly assessed and repaired the machine. He was very professional and polite and even advised that I might want to consider not repairing it due to its age. The fixed worked perfectly and the machine is working great now. I was also advised as to what caused the problem in the first place so it would not reoccur. more

A true blessing that Mr. Appliance has been with us now over 5 years. I wish all vendors would supply our facility with such superb service. more

Repairman had to take machine apart due to a bolt that was unreachable. Interesting experience seeing the inner workings of the dryer. Repairman very patient and personable, taking the time to explain how the darn thing worked. more

I called describing our problem at 8:30 a.m. and by 12:15 p.m. the technician arrived at our front door. He quickly saw the source of the problem went to his truck and brought back a part to replace the rusted one. The new part, he pointed out, was made from rust-proof material, an advancement the manufacturer implemented only after other owners of the same refrigerator reported the same problem. The price certainly was not cheap, but I was told the cost upfront, and the work was efficient and competently performed. I figured you get what you pay for. Jim also told me the coupon would apply before I asked about it. Other service providers I have used with coupon offers did not mention the coupon until I did, hoping I would forget it. more

It works! It works! It actually works! Since the installation of the new damper assembly our 1 1/2 year old refrigerator is actually working as it was designed to. Thank you for your diligence in this difficult repair and not giving up like the other companies did. Take care. more

Totally painfree...well, maybe a routine tab when I wrote out the check at the end. All was attended to the same day I called and Tech Mike could not have done a better job at attending to the problem quickly and efficiently. He didn’t charge us for the visit but we were pleased with him. He said if anything happens, to give him a call. He came over and the refrigerator was working at the time and he didn’t even charge us for the trip. We will call him back if it quits working again. He was there on time. We think he got held up in traffic but that was okay because he was here by 5 o’clock. He was very professional. We will use him again in the future if we need to. more

Really great service and quick response time. Everything was so easy from the time I called until the technician had my washing machine working again. The best part was that he was able to fix it right away - was only without my washer for a day. I used this company to repair the icemaker for my Kenmore refrigerator and also repair my Maytag dishwasher. They did a great job and the technicians were courteous and clean. I will continue to use them and I highly recommend this company. more

The serviceman was polite, arrived right on time, wore covers on his shoes and spent two hours initially diagnosing the problem. He had to order a part and the company called me four days later to say the part was in. We made an early morning appt and he was on time and spent another two hours taking the refrigerator apart and installing the new part. The initial visit was included in the overall price. He even helped me put all the shelves back in and it runs great!! more
