Mission Viejo Auto Collision was very good at they're service and the work spoke for it self. They not only repaired the damage but also repaired all previous scratches on bumper and side door. Thank you so much, the car looks great. I will highly recomend you as the best, #1. more

Totally satisfied 9/22/2010

Todd was the man who helped me from beginning to end. He was very friendly and very polite. He fully explained what they would be doing to repair the rear bumper and told me when it would be ready. He also took time to show me the work area, explaining the different actions. My car was ready when he told me, which is another plus for Mission Viejo Auto Collision. As for the repair work, it was perfect, absolutely perfect. Couldnt tell there had been damage. I also was appreciative of Todd arranging for someone to drive me home to San Clemente. I cant remember the drivers name, but he was also very pleasant. Bottom line: Mission Viejo Auto Collision is a very fine business, very honest. Its could be a role model for other businesses. more

I came for an estimate and promptly and courteously received one. 9/13/2010

It was found that the marks could be removed by buffing and that repainting or repair were unnecessary. I am thankful for the honesty, promptness and professional courtesy I received. My wife will pass out MVAC cards at work if anyone needs repairs. more

This was my first time using Mission Viejo Auto Collision. From my initial conversations with Frank, whether over the phone or in person, I found him to be very professional and nice. He handled everything smoothly. I was not worried at all about the claim or getting the work completed. I had the utmost confidence in what they were doing, and I was extremely satisfied with the results. They basically had to fix the rear bumper and a little bit of damage underneath. And looking at the car, you cannot tell it was hit. I was really surprised when he told me that they did not even have to replace actual bumper. They were able to work with polymers or whatever to make it look brand new. more

Great experience from start to finish 8/30/2010

I took my car in for an estimate and was immediately impressed with Todd's customer service. While I was waiting for my paperwork, I witnessed Todd go above and beyond for another customer. My car was repaired in the time frame they said it would be and it looks brand new! Bottom line - great work and superior customer service! more

Very trustworthy, great quality work, and good price. 3/15/2010

I first started using Mission Viejo Auto Collision after I got in a car accident and my truck needed to be repaired. The owner, Todd, was a client of mine, which was how I initially met and heard about them. I have used Mission Viejo Auto Collision 3 times now, both for work on my truck and my son's car. They are honest and they provide great customer service. You really get what you pay for. In this day and age, you deal with so many places that do not do what they say. Half the battle in the auto industry is finding someone you can trust. I trust Mission Viejo Auto Collision. They do quality work. Tim Krainer more

Great body work. They need to improve their estimates. 3/11/2010

I have used Mission Viejo Auto Collision in the past, and I was happier with them in the past. My major concern is it seems as though they were continually finding just one more thing wrong. They would say my car was almost ready, and then they would discover another problem. And it was a week before they got the last thing done. The process dragged on and on as they kept having to get back in touch with the insurance company. To be clear, the quality of the work was fantastic and their customer service was fine, but I ended up paying far more than the initial estimate, and the overall experience left a little to be desired. I do understand that you will inevitably find more problems, but these things ought to have been discovered in the initial estimate, and that bothers me. Overall, I was happy with the quality of work and I will use them again, but the estimate process did not seem well done. David Erbas more
